October - Educator submits Self Rating and EEP in Frontline

January - Educator completes Mid-Year Review for SLO and PPG
February and March - Observations and Evidence Collection
April - Complete Educator Artifacts/Evidence and End of Year forms for the SLO and PPG. Teacher self-scores SLO
May - Final Evaluation Conference
